Very easy and friendly, and when there is something we do not understand, the staff at CEL are very helpful.
How do you rate the level of customer service you receive from Clearing House?
Excellent.
What made you choose Clearing House over other products?
Our GM and Senior Partner in the Language Travel Magazine about CEL. She met with Mark Butler, Director of CEL Transact to learn first-hand about the company and the product.
After reviewing other options, it was decided that CEL was the best option for Globorama.
Why did you change to Clearing House from your previous system?
The previous system which entailed the use of various commercial banks was cumbersome, slow and very time-consuming whilst by processing all our payments & commissions through the CEL we were able to streamline our procedures, thus saving time, which allowed us to deploy our resources in more productive areas.
What would you say to other organisations that are considering using Clearing House?
We would recommend it strongly

I think CEL’s best asset is its staff, they are friendly, professional, and very helpful.
