Clearing House is managed by CEL Transact, a division of the CEL Group.
CEL Transact manages two international payment services; Uni-Pay and Clearing House, as well as a service called Central Billing.
Clearing House , established in 1995, is an online business-to-business global payments solution which allows its customers to trade globally, but settle accounts in their local currency, simply and cost effectively. It is used by international organisations including student and youth travel companies, language schools, agents and international membership associations.
Uni-Pay enables international students to pay their course fees in their local currencies, using their local banking systems or by secure online credit card payment. This delivers tangible and material cost savings for them, together with providing ultimate transparency and control to their education providers.
Central Billing is a clearing system providing a single point of payment to suppliers for members of procurement groups.
